Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical feasibility studies and facilitate financial feasibility assessments
• Define project scope, tasks and resource requirements with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and milestones
• Create P&IDs, engineering drawings and layouts in line with process requirements
• Prepare and review contractual documents, tender documents and project submittals
• Write project specifications and review quotations and contractual submissions
• Perform site visits and fieldwork to define deliverables and technical specifications
• Verify engineering calculations as required
• Manage project stakeholders and keep communication clear across functions
• Control the project budget to ensure cost efficiency
• Lead project procurement for timely availability of materials and services
• Oversee resource allocation and team performance
• Report project progress to management on time
• Maintain the project risk register and mitigation actions
• Implement change management for scope modifications
• Mentor team members and share technical expertise
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and KDD operational standards
