Job description

You source companies, secure advisory mandates and identify suitable strategic buyers, private equity firms, family offices and investors. Relationships with business owners, founders, shareholders and senior management get built and maintained as a matter of course. Strategic and financial buyers are identified and approached directly, and a strong pipeline of buy-side and sell-side opportunities is developed and managed. The full M&A process runs under your direction, from initial discussion through valuation, due diligence, negotiation and closing. Teasers, CIMs, financial analysis, valuations and transaction presentations get prepared and reviewed at every stage.
