Job description
FTI Consulting, a global leader in crisis and transformation services, is hiring a Consultant within its Strategic Communications team based in Riyadh. This role focuses on financial communications and multi-sector corporate PR strategy for high-profile clients in sectors including financial services, TMT, and government. As part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, the Consultant will deliver strategic media support, content creation, and multi-channel communications programs. The role offers high visibility, rapid growth potential, and the opportunity to make tangible impact across the Saudi market and beyond.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily news monitoring and produce analysis reports for internal and client use
- Support the delivery of corporate communications strategies and manage news hook calendars
- Build and maintain strong media relationships across regional and local platforms
- Draft press releases, media statements, and award entries for clients
- Participate in strategy development sessions and assist senior team members in execution
- Coordinate across multiple communications workstreams, including investor relations and crisis management
- Develop client activity reports and track project deliverables
- Contribute to new business research, pitch preparation, and team marketing efforts
- Proactively network with journalists, industry figures, and potential clients
- Engage in knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in PR, communications, or media
- Strong writing and content production skills
- Understanding or experience in Financial Services sectors is a plus
- Desire to build media contacts and stakeholder networks across the region
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
- High energy, team player attitude, and a proactive mindset
