Job description
Sales Executive - Inside Sales role at Property Monitor, the UAEās leading real estate technology and market intelligence platform under Dubizzle Group, based in Dubai. The role focuses on driving the full inside sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, primarily through telephonic sales, while occasionally conducting field visits. The position involves managing large client portfolios across developers, brokers, investors, and property professionals, leveraging CRM system (NEO) for tracking, forecasting, and sales pipeline management. Responsibilities include generating leads from cold, warm, and hot sources, qualifying prospects based on product and service requirements, and consulting clients on business challenges and tailored solutions. The role requires drafting and delivering professional proposals via email, maintaining sales records, and providing accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts. The Sales Executive is expected to optimize sales processes by providing feedback to management on improving sales cycles, branding, and conversion efficiency. The role emphasizes high-volume calling, aggressive follow-ups, objection handling, and strong negotiation skills to close deals and exceed sales targets. Professionalism, integrity, and strong market representation are required while operating in a fast-paced, multicultural environment within a leading PropTech organization backed by Dubizzle Groupās large-scale digital ecosystem of over 123 million monthly users.

Key responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through qualification, negotiation, and closing of deals in inside sales operations
- Generate and qualify leads using cold, warm, and hot lead sources while maintaining a high volume of daily calls and outreach activities
- Consult with prospects to understand business challenges and recommend suitable product and service packages aligned with client needs
- Draft, prepare, and deliver professional sales proposals via email while maintaining business etiquette and documentation standards
- Maintain detailed CRM records using NEO system for tracking client interactions, pipeline status, and sales performance
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts based on pipeline analysis and conversion probabilities
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals using persuasive communication and problem-solving techniques
- Provide feedback to sales management to improve sales cycle efficiency, enhance conversions, and strengthen brand positioning
Experience & skills
- High school or secondary school education qualification
- 2ā3 years of experience in inside sales or similar sales executive roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk and NEO
- Strong communication and persuasion skills for closing sales over phone and email
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills in high-volume sales environments
- Ability to maintain aggressive follow-up schedules and meet daily sales targets
- Result-oriented mindset with competitive drive and hunger for achieving top performance
