The Assistant Manager / Manager – FAAS (Corporate Treasury) at EY will act as a subject matter expert on Treasury Transformation solutions, leading complex advisory engagements that streamline and improve existing processes, design target operating models, and support TMS-led enterprise transformation projects. The role leads the development and execution of a comprehensive treasury transformation strategy aligned to organizational goals, identifies key areas of improvement across cash management processes, bank relationships, and payment methods, and oversees daily treasury disciplines such as cash positioning, forecasting, and working capital management to optimize cash flow and liquidity. The incumbent will develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with currency fluctuations, interest rates, and market volatility; drive change management to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies; and build robust performance metrics and KPIs to monitor effectiveness. Engagement delivery includes current state analysis (As is), future state analysis (To be), process optimization, data optimization, data analytics, and data management using leading Treasury Management Systems (TMS), advanced Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. Responsibilities further encompass project planning and resource allocation, maintaining client relationships to manage expectations, account management and business development on select accounts, and improving data and analytics capabilities to transform treasury processes and value drivers, while leveraging knowledge of the latest technology landscape, trends, and solutions.
