Job description
Ounass, part of Al Tayer Group and the definitive home of luxury in the Middle East, is seeking a Product Manager to drive e-commerce initiatives from concept to launch. The role involves owning the product roadmap, conducting user research, analyzing data, collaborating with design and engineering, and ensuring customer-centric, data-driven product development. The Product Manager will play a key role in post-purchase, fulfillment, and overall e-commerce experience.

Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with team OKRs and business objectives.
- Leverage data analysis to gather actionable insights and inform product recommendations.
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and refine product direction.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, user-friendly product experiences.
- Produce comprehensive product documentation and specifications, including PRDs.
- Lead Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with engineering to understand technical constraints and design scalable solutions.
- Communicate product vision, plans, and progress clearly to stakeholders and executives.
- Plan and coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor post-launch performance and iterate on improvements.
Experience & skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in product management, with focus on fulfillment, e-commerce, or post-purchase.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Excellent observational and analytical abilities to optimize customer journey.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to balance business and customer needs.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices in product design.
- Experience with CIAM or similar authentication/identity platforms is a plus.
- Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
