Job description
Transguard Group is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Construction Services division in the UAE. The successful candidate will focus on growing sales, developing client relationships, and generating new business across Emirates. The role requires deep knowledge of construction, tendering processes, and workforce outsourcing, particularly within blue-collar staffing. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, preparing bids, collaborating with pricing and legal teams, and delivering presentations to senior decision-makers. The candidate will be expected to work cross-functionally, attend industry events, and contribute strategic insights to refine Transguardās market positioning.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business and increase sales revenue in construction and manpower outsourcing
- Meet and exceed sales targets with a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Identify and engage with senior decision-makers across key clients in all Emirates
- Provide weekly and monthly reports and sales forecasts to sales leadership
- Understand the Security and System Integration industry and monitor market conditions
- Build competitive intelligence and create differentiating sales pitches
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries from clients
- Adhere to internal sales and order validation processes including Salesforce documentation
- Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and commercial teams
- Review client RFPs and tender documentation, providing input to the bid and pricing teams
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, new service needs, and cross-sell opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal departments to propose integrated client solutions
Experience & skills
- Significant experience in blue-collar manpower outsourcing sales
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Commercially savvy with a creative and strategic approach
- Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce CRM
- Experience preparing financial summaries and pricing structures
- Solid understanding of UAE construction regulations and labor laws
- Self-driven, organized, and resilient with a target-oriented mindset
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor intelligence
