Job description
The Assistant Relationship Manager – Assets is an Emiratised role responsible for supporting asset-related activities across an assigned portfolio. This includes handling credit facilities, working capital transactions, portfolio monitoring, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and operational standards.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and clients for required information and documentation for credit approvals
- Prepare credit proposals in line with bank policies, including financial analysis, business model updates, and compliance with approval terms and covenants
- Manage facility documentation, including follow-up with clients for sign-offs and lodging signed documents with CRAD
- Ensure completion of security creation and limit activation processes
- Support working capital facility referrals and liaise with clients/internal stakeholders to process transactions
- Monitor assigned portfolio including covenant compliance, insurance, valuation, and mortgage expiries
- Input data for system migrations (e.g., nCino) and other system updates as needed
- Provide MIS and performance reports within agreed timelines
- Execute ad-hoc asset-related tasks as assigned by the business unit
Experience & skills
- UAE national (Emiratised role)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Knowledge of credit facility and banking processes
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency with banking systems and software
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Ability to work within timelines and compliance requirements
