Job description
The Network Account Manager at Pfizer is responsible for augmenting demand generation efforts by understanding account, department, and HCP needs, connecting account-level customers, and achieving agreed business objectives. The role focuses on uncovering unmet needs, enabling Networks, and initiating or partnering on promotional meetings and activities within assigned categories, specifically vaccines. Responsibilities include bringing forward proposals and insights for enhanced solutions, creating better customer experiences, leading brand/category project implementations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets. The role requires multi- and omnichannel communication, customer support through in-person and virtual interactions, arranging educational meetings, optimizing cross-sectoral and cross-specialty referral structures, maintaining accurate customer and account records, and utilizing analytics and digital tools to develop insights and plan next actions. Strong commercial and business acumen, knowledge of the healthcare environment, and experience in vaccination programs are highly valued.

- Arrange meetings to support communication and education in disease areas

- Set accurate sales forecasts per account and ensure revenue target achievement for assigned categories
- Maintain up-to-date customer and account records
- Develop and implement effective business and territory plans, adapting based on insights and opportunities
- Follow a methodical approach to engagement objectives, manage KPIs, and document next steps
- Utilize digital tools effectively and leverage analytics for insights and planning
- Lead brand/category project implementations with monitoring, course correction, strategic planning, and time management
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales/commercial experience in the Saudi market
- Commercial and business acumen with strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of healthcare environment, structures, functionality, and processes
- Experience in vaccines, vaccination programs, or engagement with vaccination stakeholders preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Demonstrated leadership, business analytical, influencing, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to identify and implement effective virtual and in-person engagement strategies
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers in hybrid environments
