Job description
As SVP Team Leader ā Sales Director (Private Markets), you will lead Greenstoneās capital raising efforts across assigned products and regions, with responsibility for driving strategy, managing investor relationships, and delivering on fundraising goals. The role includes oversight of a team of capital raisers, coordination with fund managers, and end-to-end accountability for investor communications, pipeline metrics, and partner management. The position requires proven experience in private markets fundraising, deep institutional investor networks, and a hands-on, results-oriented approach to sales leadership within the GCC.

Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the capital raise strategy for assigned private market products.
- Understand the commercial and regulatory obligations of each fund.
- Oversee and execute regional roadshows and ensure exceptional investor engagement.
- Lead on follow-ups, investor reporting, and pipeline conversion.
- Act as key liaison between Greenstone and fund manager partners.
- Review and oversee deliverables including marketing content and compliance materials.
- Handle fund manager communications and issue resolution.
- Oversee investor outreach quality and effectiveness across your team.
- Monitor Salesforce activity reporting and outbound communication.
- Drive data-led decision-making across pipeline metrics.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of ~4 capital raisers.
- Set annual and product-specific fundraising targets.
- Oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on hiring, training, and compensation strategies.
Experience & skills
- Proven leadership experience within investor relations, sales, or fundraising teams.
- Strong track record of raising capital from institutional or private investors such as SWFs, family offices, or MFOs.
- Experience in private placements and alternative investments.
- Commercially savvy, results-driven, and analytical.
- Willingness to travel across the GCC up to 2 weeks per month.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and experience working in high-performance, fast-paced environments.
