Key responsibilities
- Develop strategic recruiting programs and resourcing initiatives
- Identify, recruit, and qualify top talent in the Saudi Arabia market
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including screening, interviews, and offers

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for proactive hiring

Experience & skills
- 6 to 10+ years of recruitment experience
- Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruiting in the Saudi Arabia market
- Proficiency with sourcing tools, talent platforms, and recruiting technologies
- Strong ability to create and implement strategic recruitment programs
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic a plus
- Experience delivering inclusive candidate experiences and promoting diversity
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
- No visa/work permit sponsorship available â must have eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia
