Job description
The Manager - Data Analysis & Reporting at Red Sea Global is responsible for the analytical and performance-driven oversight of multi-modal mobility operations. This role is essential for monitoring KPIs, refining SLAs, and enhancing the operational performance of services offered to guests, staff, and stakeholders. By leveraging data analysis tools like Power BI and Excel, the manager will develop dashboards, ensure data integrity, and identify operational trends to implement strategic improvements. As a critical player in Red Sea Globalās Mobility division, the manager will lead the development of performance management frameworks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with dynamic transport and service requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader capable of balancing data analytics, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement, with an eye toward continuous improvement and excellence in operational outcomes.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Produce monthly outcome and performance indicator dashboards and weekly enrollment reports
- Support department leads with operational and financial performance reports
- Create visualizations and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Gather data sources, calculate baselines, set targets and align with operational KPIs
- Coach staff to interpret data reports and apply insights to departmental goals
- Develop and manage mobility systems dashboards representing real-time operational states
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance mobility efficiency
- Identify and correct data inaccuracies, ensuring reliable reporting outputs
- Identify trends and apply process improvements to enhance service quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address mobility business challenges
- Mentor team members to drive performance and cultivate a data-driven culture
- Align strategies with evolving mobility demands and industry innovations
- Implement and monitor KPIs and SLA metrics for continuous improvement
- Perform additional duties as directed to support organizational success
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field; Masterās preferred
- 8ā10 years of experience in operations and service delivery within the mobility or professional services industry
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and dynamic performance metrics tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced mobility setting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven capability in developing and reporting KPIs and SLAs
- Experience coordinating service delivery including scheduling and routing
- Strong vendor relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with transportation management software
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing operational circumstances
