The Director of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) at AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh leads and oversees all safety, health, and environmental management activities across road and infrastructure projects. This role ensures compliance with local laws, regulations, and international standards while promoting a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility. Responsibilities include developing and implementing SHE policies, procedures, and management systems; conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, audits, inspections, and incident investigations; providing corrective action recommendations; delivering training and awareness programs; collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate SHE practices; overseeing emergency preparedness and response planning; preparing reports and presenting SHE performance metrics to senior management; and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role demands extensive leadership experience, strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental laws, proficiency in SHE management systems, and a commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.

- Proven expertise in risk management, audits, and incident investigation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and training abilities to promote safety culture
