Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact transformation, performance improvement, and turnaround projects across the GCC and wider MENA region.
- Support clients in sectors such as upstream oil & gas, mining, and petrochemicals.
- Analyze corporate performance and build business models.
- Drive cost reductions, enhance revenue, and improve profitability.
- Own and manage key work streams independently.
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders and executives.
- Prepare client-ready deliverables and presentation materials.
- Travel extensively based on client needs.
- Engage in continuous personal and professional growth within a collaborative environment.
Experience & skills
- 4–8 years of experience in consulting and/or operational roles in EPI sectors (oil & gas, chemicals, mining, etc.).
- Experience in capital-intensive industries, ideally within the GCC.
- Proven track record in cost optimization, working capital management, operations improvement, M&A, and revenue growth.
- Master’s degree or MBA with strong academic performance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
- Valid UAE residency or ability to obtain work visa.
