Job description

In this role you will provide technical design and engineering services in Mechanical Engineering for all assigned engineering projects at QatarEnergy. You will achieve the technical quality of work in accordance with QatarEnergy procedures, while considering quality, schedule, cost, and HSE. You are responsible for identifying and utilizing relevant engineering standards, international codes, and company standards related to Mechanical Engineering. Your responsibilities include effectively managing time, cost, and quality in either greenfield or brownfield engineering major projects, as well as within a multiple project environment for discipline engineering. You will apply your experience in concept development, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), EPIC, and technical support to site and plant operations. In this role you will draw on expert level competency in at least one of the static or piping disciplines, applying strong technical judgment across both Static and Piping engineering work. You will communicate and present technical information clearly, with fluency in English, supporting effective collaboration with project stakeholders.
