The Data & AI Consultant role at Accenture Song in Dubai focuses on applying advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation challenges. The role blends technical data science and AI solution development with strategic consulting, enabling clients to leverage AI-driven insights for personalization, targeting, campaign optimization, and ROI maximization. Responsibilities span translating marketing challenges into data and AI use cases such as segmentation, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and customer lifetime value models; designing and implementing AI and ML models including churn prediction, lead scoring, NLP-based sentiment analysis, and dynamic pricing; and working with structured and unstructured data to inform brand, product, and digital strategies. The role involves integrating marketing technology platforms such as CRM systems, customer data platforms, and marketing automation tools with data pipelines and AI solutions, as well as exploring Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making, workflow orchestration, and adaptive personalization. The consultant delivers advanced marketing analytics including attribution modeling and customer journey analysis, builds dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau, and provides actionable insights for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. The position also includes client advisory responsibilities, leading workshops on AI in marketing, staying current on AI, data, and marketing technology trends, and working within cloud ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, and GCP to deploy AI solutions, while aligning with privacy and ethical AI considerations.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business goals related to marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation
- Translate marketing challenges into data and AI solutions including segmentation, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and customer lifetime value models
- Develop roadmaps for AI-driven marketing solutions to improve personalization, targeting, and campaign performance
- Design, build, and implement AI and machine learning models such as churn prediction, lead scoring, NLP-based sentiment analysis, and dynamic pricing
- Work with structured and unstructured data to generate insights informing brand, product, and digital strategies
- Assess and integrate marketing technology platforms including CRM, CDP, and marketing automation tools with data pipelines and AI solutions
- Explore and apply Agentic AI frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making, workflow orchestration, and adaptive personalization
- Deliver advanced marketing analytics including campaign effectiveness measurement, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis
- Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights to marketing and leadership teams
- Provide actionable data-driven insights that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and business stakeholders
- Lead workshops and training sessions on AI in marketing including generative AI, personalization, and predictive modeling
- Stay current with AI, data, cloud, and marketing technology trends to guide clients on emerging opportunities
Experience & skills
- Possess 4+ years of professional work experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques including classification, clustering, NLP, recommendation engines, and generative AI
- Show proficiency in data analytics programming and tools including Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Have experience with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Google Analytics
- Demonstrate experience building Agentic AI systems, conversational AI, AI bots, and prompt engineering
- Show familiarity with cloud ecosystems including Azure, AWS, and GCP for AI deployment
- Hold a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
- Bring prior experience in consulting, agency, or corporate marketing analytics roles
- Demonstrate familiarity with privacy and ethical AI considerations in marketing environments
