Job description
The Sales Executive - B2B role at TotalEnergies Marketing UAE L.L.C focuses on developing new customers in the B2B segment, particularly in the Northern Emirates market. The role is responsible for identifying and securing new business, managing current B2B customer portfolios, implementing value-added services, monitoring competitive activity, and enhancing TotalEnergies' market presence. The executive must manage business volumes, ensure smooth operations from sale to delivery, and contribute actively to team strategies and compliance requirements. The position demands a proactive and dynamic sales professional with a strong understanding of commercial transport and construction sectors, preferably with experience in lubricants sales.

Key responsibilities
- Identify new customers in B2B segment in the assigned area including major construction projects.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager to submit comprehensive commercial offers.
- Make joint customer calls with the Sales Manager to secure business.
- Maintain a healthy prospect pipeline and project database.
- Manage existing and newly acquired B2B customers.
- Ensure smooth operations from customer needs identification to delivery.
- Facilitate technical training at customer premises.
- Implement and adapt to the usage of SALSA and Elub CRM systems.
- Focus on premium product sales and upgradation through TCO approach.
- Generate additional revenue through value-added services.
- Control payments and collect outstanding dues per payment terms.
- Report competitor activities and pricing trends regularly.
- Propose strategies for increasing market share.
- Adhere to all HSE and compliance protocols and reporting obligations.
Experience & skills
- Graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical / Chemical.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lubricants industry.
- Understanding of commercial transport, construction, and equipment rental segments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience using SALSA and Elub systems.
- Willingness to report market activities and participate in strategy sessions.
- Commitment to QHSE policies and compliance frameworks.
