Job description
Visa is seeking a Vice President to lead Risk and Identity Solutions (RaIS) for the CEMEA region. This Dubai-based executive will define and deliver localized product roadmaps aligned with Visa's global VAS growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep B2B product development expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of risk, fraud, and authentication in digital payments. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring close collaboration across regional sales, global product teams, and C-suite clients.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year regional RaIS VAS strategy tailored to CEMEA
- Partner with global product leads to localize risk solutions for issuers, acquirers, and fintechs
- Align regional product roadmaps with client needs and regulatory dynamics
- Structure solutions addressing client fraud, authorization, and identity challenges
- Lead go-to-market and commercialization strategies across sales and support teams
- Build cross-domain narratives and bundles to maximize product adoption
- Support strategic client engagements, implementations, and post-launch optimization
- Recruit and lead a regional RaIS team focused on product and sales enablement
- Drive continuous product innovation and scalable revenue growth
Experience & skills
- 12+ years experience with Bachelorās degree; 10+ with Masterās/MBA
- Proven B2B product or solutions development in a complex matrix environment
- Deep domain expertise in payments, fraud prevention, and risk management
- Track record of leading regional strategy execution and commercialization
- Strong stakeholder management skills across product, sales, and client leadership
- Experience with non-card rails (e.g. RTP, A2A, wallets) is a plus
