Job description
The Director of Broker Management – Residential (RES7) at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of broker management within the Residential Business Unit. The role focuses on supporting sales and leasing brokers across high-end residential projects, with an emphasis on building and maintaining strong relationships with private offices, high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), and key brokerage partners. The incumbent will design and execute a comprehensive broker management strategy aligned with Qiddiya’s overarching sales and marketing objectives, ensuring optimized broker performance and alignment with company goals. This position requires deep knowledge of residential real estate sales and leasing, broker operations, and regional market dynamics, particularly in the Middle East. The Director will oversee broker engagement initiatives, conduct performance evaluations, and implement strategic improvements based on market insights. The role includes monitoring market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, delivering analytical reports to senior management, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal governance requirements. Additionally, the Director will lead training and development programs for brokers to enhance their understanding of Qiddiya’s offerings and value propositions, while managing budgets and optimizing resources to maximize ROI in broker activities. This leadership position demands exceptional relationship management, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive performance through strategic partnership and operational excellence.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive broker management strategy aligned with Qiddiya Investment Company’s residential sales objectives.
- Establish, maintain, and expand a strong network of brokers and agents to maximize residential real estate sales and leasing opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, assess competitive activity, and identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation in broker partnerships.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, market analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of broker initiatives with company objectives and campaigns.
- Lead broker training and development programs to enhance their knowledge of Qiddiya’s product portfolio and value propositions.
- Oversee broker performance metrics, implement corrective measures, and ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and conversion rates.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policy frameworks in all broker-related activities.
- Develop and manage the broker management department’s budget, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with private offices, HNWIs, and key real estate stakeholders to strengthen Qiddiya’s market position.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members within the Broker Management department.
- Represent Qiddiya in key industry events, broker meetings, and professional forums to enhance brand presence and stakeholder engagement.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in residential real estate broker management or a closely related role, including experience in the Middle East and international markets.
- Strong understanding of residential sales, leasing, and brokerage operations with proven experience managing large-scale broker networks.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic broker partnerships and driving real estate transactions.
- Leadership experience with a focus on talent development, performance management, and team motivation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven strategic recommendations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the real estate sector.
