Job description
As an Application Security Specialist at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security of applications and cloud environments. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, planning, and executing comprehensive application security testing, conducting penetration tests, and managing native application and cloud security capabilities across enterprise systems such as Oracle and SAP. You will leverage tools like Veracode, Fortify, WebInspect, Burp Suite, and Synopsis, operating within DevSecOps frameworks to ensure robust security. The role also involves implementing cloud-native security solutions like WAF, Cloud Guard, DAM, Key Vault, and HSM for Oracle Cloud services, while integrating secure API gateways and database protections.

Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, plan, and execute comprehensive application security testing for on-premises and SaaS applications.
- Conduct security tests such as Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), API Security Testing, Web Penetration Testing, Threat Modeling, and Security Architecture Reviews.
- Utilize industry-leading tools such as Veracode, Microfocus Fortify, WebInspect, Burp Suite, and Synopsis.
- Operate within DevSecOps frameworks and standalone environments to ensure robust security measures.
- Design, implement, and manage security capabilities for SaaS and enterprise systems including Oracle Risk Management Cloud and SAP GRC solutions.
- Design, implement, and manage native cloud security capabilities for Oracle Cloud IaaS and PaaS services including WAF, Cloud Guard, Data Guard, Identity Domain, UAE PASS integration, and DAM.
- Manage secure key management solutions with Key Vault and Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
- Implement Oracle Integration Cloud and Autonomous Database security hardening.
- Manage API Gateways for secure API management.
Experience & skills
- 3 to 8 years of experience in application security, cloud security, and related domains.
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- UAE citizenship required.
