Job description
Serve as a videographer and photographer, responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, producing, and editing high-quality, impactful content that promotes Rixos Premium Dubai. Manage the entire creative process, from receiving briefs and coordinating logistics to setup and final shoot. Capture events, organize department shoots, and oversee all technical aspects including post-production. Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain an efficient asset library for the property.

- Serve as a videographer and photographer, responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, producing, and editing high-quality, impactful content that promotes Rixos Premium Dubai
- Manage the entire creative process, from receiving briefs and coordinating logistics to the setup and final shoot, ensuring the production of exceptional images and videos
- Capture events and activations at the hotels as required, maintaining a strong presence to document key moments
- Proactively organize video and photo shoots with various departments to create content for social media, brand campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Oversee all technical aspects of photography and videography, including editing and post-production, using the latest software to deliver outstanding results optimized for print, web, and other platforms
- Translate production scripts and briefs into compelling visual content that aligns with brand standards and company requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in editing software to ensure content remains innovative and relevant
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive asset library for Rixos, ensuring easy access and efficient management of digital files
Experience & skills
- 2-3 years of experience in photography and videography
- A background in film studies, mass communication, photography, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in operating DSLR and digital video cameras and sound equipment
- Technologically proficient with solid knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, and video production techniques
- Highly skilled in editing with Adobe Suite, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Familiarity with sound mixing and color grading
- Experience in managing social media platforms
- Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility to work outside standard office hours and occasionally on weekends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Highly creative with strong storytelling skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to adapt to ambiguity
