Job description
The Senior Officer - Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned business areas, ensuring the efficient and timely sourcing, selection, and hiring of high-caliber candidates in alignment with organizational needs. Based in Dubai, this role plays a pivotal part in developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing multiple vacancies across diverse disciplines, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, enabling collaboration with hiring managers to implement best practice recruitment processes. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, performing pre-employment checks, managing post-employment procedures, maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and generating regular recruitment reports. The Senior Officer also supports initiatives that foster a high-performance and employee-focused company culture, contributing to the organizationâs reputation as an âEmployer of Choice.â This role demands adaptability, accountability, and resilience in managing high recruitment volumes while delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across assigned business areas, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates
- Source and identify candidates through multiple channels to maintain a strong pool of potential applicants
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and budget constraints
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify capability gaps and translate business needs into recruitment solutions
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers via phone, video, or in-person sessions
- Perform pre-employment checks and manage onboarding processes to ensure compliance and accuracy in new hires
- Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) operations, ensuring timely candidate processing, requisition updates, and accurate data management
- Generate recruitment status reports and provide regular updates to senior management on hiring progress
- Manage high-volume recruitment activities, including specialized and technical roles, across multiple business functions
- Advise and support hiring managers on recruitment best practices and client relationship management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to promote a company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and performance
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, procedures, and information security regulations
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, contributing to initiatives that position it as an Employer of Choice
- Support continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency, process optimization, and candidate experience
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of higher education
- Possess 5â7 years of recruitment experience in either in-house or agency settings
- Demonstrate expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
- Show experience handling high recruitment volumes across various departments and disciplines
- Exhibit proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with proven ability to identify top talent
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver recruitment solutions aligned with business goals
- Demonstrate customer focus, teamwork, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
- Possess resilience, adaptability, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Comply with company information security (ISR) policies and complete required awareness sessions
