Job description
The Citigold Relationship Banker is a developing professional responsible for managing Citigold client relationships by understanding their financial needs, promoting product penetration, and delivering high-quality customer engagement. The role includes acquisition of new clients, organizing client events, and maintaining strict adherence to KYC/AML and compliance norms. Analytical thinking, communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of the financial sector are required, along with the ability to manage and grow both new and existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities
- Review CG customer needs and asset allocation; engage with customers to validate understanding of their financial needs
- Advise CG customers to mobilize additional funds and sell fee-based products/services
- Identify product opportunities to increase product penetration across client base
- Ensure comprehensive relationship coverage through engagement, risk profiling, and financial planning
- Organize Citigold customer events to enhance client relationships
- Acquire new Citigold customers by converting referral leads
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and compliance norms
- Fulfill client needs while delivering an exceptional client experience measured through specific metrics
- Appropriately assess and manage risks when making business decisions
- Demonstrate ethical judgment in behavior, conduct, and business practices
