Job description
The Cloud & AI Platforms Finance Manager for the Middle East cluster sub-area (Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi) acts as the finance partner to STU and CSU Leads and develops deep subject-matter expertise on ACR to deliver actionable insights to business partners as well as Segment Finance Managers and CFOs. The role drives ACR growth in the Geo through deep ACR analytics (forward and backwards), provides insights on ACR performance by understanding growth trajectories for key customers, and supplies insightful analysis leveraging IAP depth on Commit & Complete. The manager is the key finance contact for HQ finance and is accountable for finance content for ACR ROB, Planning & Execution including budget, forecast, and outlook, delivering executive insights on deviations from forecast based on drivers and trends. Responsibilities include driving insights, analytics, and action on key ACR motions and priorities for the Middle East including Migrations / Data & AI and MACC to ACR; leveraging corporate models, analytics, and CEMA community best practices to provide actionable insights through segment controllers and CFOs; ensuring compliance with STU & CSU leadership with a focus on consumption; and acting as a change agent toward the move to consumption. Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR Master’s Degree OR equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, controllership or finance and extensive experience in a Business Finance Manager role
- Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities with proven impact at senior leadership level
- Experience working in multinational organizations, ideally in multi-product and multi-segment finance roles
- Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork effectiveness in hybrid and virtual environments
- Industry experience preferred
