Job description
The Internal Recruiter will play a pivotal role in supporting Mace’s growth across the Middle East by attracting top-tier talent for both new and existing positions. This role involves proactively sourcing candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. The recruiter will leverage a variety of sourcing channels, maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regional labor laws. The role also supports strategic talent pipelining for future needs and contributes to promoting internal mobility and employee development initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Seek, identify, and source the best talent from competitors, relevant organizations, and internal networks
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with recruitment requirements
- Proactively identify internal talent and promote mobility opportunities
- Utilize social media, CV databases, internal systems, and external talent platforms to source candidates
- Generate high-quality referrals and maintain strong professional networks
- Provide constructive, timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support talent pipelining for future or unsecured roles, aligning with business needs
- Partner with hiring managers and recruitment managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring policies
- Draft compelling job adverts for external posting
- Ensure compliance with right-to-work requirements and internal approval processes
- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and recruitment strategies
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in regional Middle East markets
- Hands-on experience in screening, interviewing, and making offers
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Technical/functional knowledge in Talent Acquisition domain (SME) or equivalent
- Established professional network of candidates across sectors of expertise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple requisitions
- Regional experience and understanding of local labor laws and hiring practices
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive, results-driven approach to sourcing and engagement
- Flexibility to support onsite, hybrid, or remote recruitment activities as required
