The role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of product features, from ideation to delivery, ensuring superior digital experiences for customers. Key responsibilities include collaborating with UI/UX designers to define user journeys, creating user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria, and working within Agile development environments to align priorities with strategic business goals. The Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across Growth, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Sales, Technology, PMO, and Customer Care to ensure alignment of execution with business objectives, while liaising with the Digital Brand & Communications team to maintain brand tone consistency. The role requires data-driven decision-making, including recommending A/B tests, analyzing BI reports, and applying insights from NPS surveys to improve product features. The Product Manager will also engage in external collaboration to address regulatory requirements and ensure third-party integrations follow Virgin’s UX standards. Candidates must bring 4+ years of experience managing consumer digital products, strong knowledge of mobile and payment technologies, and proven expertise in roadmaps, functional specifications, customer research, and testing. Prior data analytics experience is preferred. Tools required include PM software (Aha, Atlassian, Asana), A/B testing platforms (Apptimize, Optimizely, Unbounce), analytics tools (Firebase, Google Analytics), and prototyping software (Zeplin, InVision, Miro).
