Zurich Middle East (part of Zurich Insurance Group) seeks UAE Nationals for its Tathmeer talent program as Insurance Consultant trainees in Dubai (Schedule: Full Time; Remote working: Hybrid; Closing date: 31 December 2025; Recruiter name: Taniya Baby). Participants will join a dynamic training pathway designed to help the local community understand and protect against risk, gaining real-world project experience under the guidance of experienced professionals. The program provides a unique blend of training, coaching, and hands-on work across different business areas, including exposure to day-to-day departmental processes and special projects in a multinational, multicultural setup. Trainees will participate in group discussions, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions; collaborate with teams, managers, stakeholders, and growth partners; apply communication skills to service Zurich’s customers and support relationship maintenance; identify and resolve real-time problems; and progressively integrate into permanent roles of interest while continuing their learning journey. Participants also have the opportunity to join the Ethraa structured training programme, gain visibility with different stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, and take ownership to develop skills and knowledge in insurance while working from the Dubai office at least three times per week (or as directed).
