Job description
Rivoli Group's retail concepts and the brands it represents need campaigns that drive footfall, conversion and brand equity, and this Assistant Manager, Marketing turns approved commercial priorities into the plans and activity that deliver them. An integrated retail marketing calendar ties together campaigns, malls, offline media, partnerships, events, VM, Travel Retail and key trading periods. Creative briefs, mood boards and copy all pass through you, with campaign content proofread and refined to match each brand's voice and tone. Offline media covers OOH, transit, print and radio, from agency briefs and bookings to permits, proof of display and spend tracking for Finance. Priority malls get their own calendars, joint campaigns and visibility checks, and partnerships with banks, airlines, loyalty programmes and Dubai Economy and Tourism run day to day under your coordination. In-store activations, launches, PR logistics, raffles and photoshoots for new and reformatted stores also land with you. Shopping bags, POS and other collateral are reviewed twice a year, and a monthly report brings everything together for the Marketing Manager. Material changes in scope, budget or brand direction are escalated for approval. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications, around 8 to 12 years in retail, lifestyle, luxury, fashion, hospitality or agency marketing, exceptional English copywriting skills, hands-on Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and AI creative tools, and a valid UAE driving licence, with UAE and wider GCC experience preferred.
