The Performance Improvement – Management Consultant (Vice President) role at AlixPartners is a permanent, Riyadh-based position within the Performance Improvement practice, reporting to a Director and supporting top-tier clients and leading private equity firms across a wide range of industries including Retail, Energy, Real Estate, Investment Funds, and Aerospace & Defence. The role focuses on moving rapidly from analysis to action to deliver lasting value through end-to-end performance improvement engagements, including operational diagnostics, supply-chain optimisation, cost-reduction initiatives, and financial modelling to quantify impact and support decision-making. The position operates within a hybrid work model combining in-person work at client sites or the AlixPartners office in KAFD, Riyadh, with remote working, and requires travel across the GCC depending on client and project needs. The role involves contributing as a crucial component of specialist consulting teams, supporting portfolio value creation initiatives for private equity clients, and advising on transaction-related matters, while upholding AlixPartners’ Core Values and Code of Conduct and fostering an inclusive environment across all levels of client organizations.
