Job description
The Junior Corporate Consultant & Operations Executive at IFZA Dubai supports the consulting and operations team in acquiring and guiding SMEs and corporates through their international expansion journey. IFZA Dubai operates as an international Free Zone Community in the UAE, providing company formation services through a network of Professional Partners and Government Authorities while leveraging the UAE’s strategic location and world-class infrastructure. The role focuses on research, analysis, and operational coordination to ensure smooth execution of expansion and consulting projects and high-quality client engagement. Responsibilities include preparing market analyses, presentations, and strategic proposals; supporting acquisition efforts through structured preparation and follow-up; maintaining CRM data and project documentation for expansion initiatives; coordinating internal processes between consulting, legal, and operations teams; conducting research on regulatory, economic, and industry developments; contributing to reporting and performance tracking; and supporting initiatives that foster strategic networking and connections between businesses and partners. The role also involves engagement with topics such as international business, consulting, corporate strategy, market entry strategies, corporate structuring, and international expansion, while requiring strong technical proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and fluency in German and English.
