Job description
The Training & Onboarding Specialist role at Lucidya is a customer-facing, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on delivering structured, high-impact onboarding experiences for Lucidya’s AI-native SaaS customer experience intelligence platform. Lucidya manages the entire customer lifecycle autonomously using proprietary Natural Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities trained on millions of multilingual conversations, enabling marketing, support, CX, and research teams to drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. In this role, the specialist owns the onboarding phase from initial kick-off through go-live, ensuring customers are fully implemented, trained, activated, and enabled to extract value from Lucidya’s portfolio of solutions, including Social Listening, Omniserve, Surveys, and other CX and social intelligence products. The position acts as the primary customer contact during onboarding, delivering demos, onboarding calls, and structured training sessions, tracking onboarding milestones, timelines, and SLAs using CRM and Customer Success tools, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to translate customer goals into tailored onboarding plans. The role is critical in accelerating time-to-value, driving adoption, and supporting both new and existing customers through onboarding and re-onboarding programs.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Implement and guide customers through Lucidya’s SaaS products from kick-off through go-live
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding phase
- Support onboarding across multiple Lucidya products including Social Listening, Omniserve, Surveys, and related CX solutions
- Deliver onboarding calls, live product demonstrations, and structured training sessions
- Ensure customers complete all required product training and achieve defined onboarding milestones
- Lead re-onboarding programs for existing customers when required
- Track onboarding progress, timelines, and service-level agreements using CRM and Customer Success tools
- Share onboarding best practices to drive higher adoption and faster time-to-value
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to align onboarding plans with customer goals
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology
- Demonstrate 2 to 3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or SaaS implementation roles
- Show hands-on experience with CRM and Customer Success tools including HubSpot, ChurnZero, and Planhat
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver structured onboarding sessions, product demos, and training programs
- Exhibit experience managing onboarding timelines, milestones, and SLAs across multiple customers
- Demonstrate familiarity with SaaS products related to customer experience, social intelligence, or analytics platforms
