Job description
Develop and manage detailed project programs for high-rise construction using Primavera P6. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align design and execution plans. Conduct critical path and time impact analyses to manage delays and variations. Prepare and update baseline programs, S-curves, and resource histograms. Lead planning efforts for high-rise building projects in compliance with Dubai regulations and standards. Monitor project progress, generate weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, and mentor junior planning engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Develop and manage detailed project program using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with design and execution plans.
- Conduct critical path analysis (CPM) and time impact analysis (TIA) to manage delays and variations.
- Prepare and update baseline program, S-curves, and resource histograms.
- Lead planning efforts for high-rise building projects, ensuring compliance with Dubai’s regulations and standards.
- Monitor project progress and generate weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior planning engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with a contracting company in high-rise construction, including at least 5 years in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture (Master’s or PMP/PSP certification is a plus).
- Proven expertise in high-rise construction planning.
- Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Office, and Power BI.
- Deep understanding of Dubai’s construction codes and market practices.
