Regional banks, investors, capital markets players, central banks and ministries of finance make up the client base for Oliver Wyman's Banking and Financial Services practice in the Middle East. From Tadawul Tower in Riyadh, you lead project teams day to day, taking the work from the first collection of hypotheses through to agreement on a solution. Your recommendations need to be practical, sensible and relevant, and they need to hold together as a whole. That calls for strategic thinking at the top of the problem combined with a firm grip on execution detail. Most engagements span retail banking, corporate banking and payments, digital and fintech, so hands-on experience across these areas counts. Strong relationships with clients and colleagues are a large part of how projects succeed here. Expect significant travel across the region. Fluent English and Arabic are required, along with 5 to 7 years of experience, ideally gained at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
