Job description
Manage the HR relationship with business stakeholders for the assigned portfolio to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Cultivate strong partnerships with leadership teams, drive organizational effectiveness, and support employee engagement, performance management, structural changes, and HR governance. Champion a positive workplace culture and act as a key advisor on HR policy and employee relations.

Key responsibilities
- Monthly review of staff cost for assigned portfolio and inform business heads of variances against budget
- Work with business heads to develop consistent KPIs aligned with bank-wide objectives
- Guide efficient performance management cycle implementation with fairness
- Review promotion recommendations and ensure alignment with career progression strategy
- Review and analyze structure changes and operating models for effectiveness
- Obtain approvals and ensure communication for structural changes
- Develop engagement action plans based on survey results
- Analyze ER issue root causes and recommend preventive solutions
- Support line managers with employee relations resolution and culture building
- Communicate HR policy changes and act as advisor on HR queries
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion and drive positive culture
- Prepare HR reports summarizing trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborate with HR functions to improve comprehensive service delivery
- Educate business heads on HR systems and ensure policy adherence
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years HR experience
- Specific HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
- Arabic language skills required
- Fair knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Experience in financial services is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with local labor laws is an advantage
