Job description
The Head of Treasury, Corporate Sales is responsible for leading and managing the team that markets Treasury and Capital Markets (TCM) products and services to Corporate and Institutional Banking Group (CIBG) clients across the United Arab Emirates. The role owns the strategy and execution of the TCM customer flow sales game plan across CIBG divisions and geographies, driving agreed revenue and customer flow targets across all TCM products. The position focuses on identifying and cultivating cross-sell opportunities through structured account planning, acquiring a significant share of clientsâ treasury wallets, and delivering seamless cross-asset treasury solutions in close coordination with CIBG relationship teams and TCM trading desks. The role ensures high-quality distribution services, disciplined sales coverage through a pre-planned calling program aligned with the Agile structural sales process, strong internal collaboration, and satisfactory audit outcomes for the TCM Sales Team. The role requires deep treasury and capital markets expertise, advanced product knowledge, strong execution capability in at least one asset class, and proven leadership in driving corporate treasury sales performance.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team responsible for marketing all TCM products and services to CIBG clients
- Develop and execute the TCM customer flow sales strategy across CIBG divisions and geographies
- Identify and explore TCM cross-sell opportunities through structured account planning with relationship teams
- Deliver agreed customer flow sales and revenue targets across all TCM products
- Ensure comprehensive client coverage through a pre-planned calling program aligned with the Agile sales process
- Coordinate with TCM trading teams and CIBG relationship teams to deliver seamless cross-asset treasury solutions
- Increase share of clientsâ treasury wallets by integrating sales and trading execution capabilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with CIBG relationship teams
- Conduct periodic sales review meetings to monitor performance and drive business growth
- Ensure satisfactory audit ratings and adherence to internal controls for the TCM Sales Team
Experience & skills
- Graduate degree
- Minimum of 12+ years of Treasury and Capital Markets experience
- Advanced product capability across TCM products
- Execution capability in at least one treasury or capital markets asset class
- Strong experience in corporate treasury sales and client coverage
- Ability to build strong and long-lasting business relationships quickly
- High level of analytical capability and understanding of treasury client needs
- Experience managing teams and delivering revenue targets within a banking environment
