Job description
Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Renewables Development Middle East in Dubai. The position is based in Dubai and covers the UAE, Middle East, and African countries. You will be responsible for reviewing structural and civil studies, coordinating engineering reviews, and implementing HSE and quality standards for our Medium Voltage and Low Voltage decentralized production projects.

Key responsibilities
- Support engineering reviews and related topics, including design (technical compliance), HSE engineering, and quality engineering.
- Coordinate engineering reviews and participate in technical and HSE coordination workshops.
- Conduct structural reports and civil studies for projects.
- Support the qualification process of third-party consultants for all countries.
- Ensure technical compliance of designs and materials to Total Energies standards.
- Ensure the QAQC process is followed by all parties throughout the project phases.
- Provide technical support to the HSE team regarding the safety of system designs.
Experience & skills
- Structural Engineer or Civil Engineer qualification.
- 3 yearsâ experience with structural analysis and civil studies reviews for Solar PV projects.
- Experience in Solar PV design, construction, testing and commissioning.
- Experience in engineering problem solving.
- Proficiency in design and review software such as AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with solar-specific software such as Homer, PVSyst, and Helioscope is a plus.
- Advanced MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Project, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Fluent in English (C1), French (B2), Arabic is a plus.
