Key responsibilities
- Ownership and accountability for marketing strategy, including planning, implementation, management, and optimisation for both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
- Deliver on strategic KPIs by driving online traffic, leads and conversions with ongoing performance updates.
- Understand digital behaviour through testing and analytics using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other platforms.
- Benchmark and set KPI targets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Work with supporting agencies to develop and monitor paid campaigns.
- Measure and optimise paid marketing using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on SEO strategy and content optimization.
- Develop creative organic search growth strategies aligned with international markets.
- Collaborate with content teams to produce relevant content.
- Manage organic search performance and improve goal-setting based on traffic and conversions.
- Design and implement testing and optimisation strategies including A/B tests.
- Work with line reports and team to deliver campaigns in line with KPIs and strategy.
- Line manage digital marketers and provide feedback and support.
- Monitor campaign performance through reporting and analytics.
- Recommend changes based on insights and optimize marketing spend.
- Plan campaigns to meet strategic objectives and maintain campaign timelines and calendars.
- Assist in budgeting and ensure digital components are tracked.
- Identify target segments and develop messaging and personas for each product.
- Ensure multi-channel communications are optimised and timely.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience as Marketing Manager.
- Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent experience.
- Thorough understanding and experience of PPC, SEO, and online advertising.
- Experience in Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Database growth and segmentation expertise.
- Experience in a pressurised environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in marketing automation and scheduling tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
- Formal business/marketing qualification is desirable.
- Experience with CMS platforms and analytics/reporting tools.
- Events marketing experience is preferred.
