Job description
The Senior Analyst Partnerships role within Ooredoo Qatarās Business Business Unit is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and managing strategic partnerships that align with Ooredooās business objectives and long-term growth strategies. The position operates in a customer-facing B2B telecommunications environment and supports value creation through product design, sales revenue achievement, profit generation, and customer satisfaction as defined in annual business plans. The role involves conducting in-depth research, data analysis, and financial modelling to assess potential partnerships, ensuring alignment with growth strategies and value delivery. It supports the Manager in partnership development by monitoring and evaluating the performance of existing partnerships and identifying new partnership opportunities that contribute to business growth and revenue expansion. The role plays a critical function in tracking market trends, assessing partnership performance, and providing insights related to revenue growth. The Business BU drives strategic partnerships across Ooredoo Qatarās B2B ecosystem, covering product innovation, solution development, delivery, and service integration. The mandate includes identifying and evaluating potential partners, establishing and maintaining robust partner relationships, monitoring and adjusting partnership conditions, enabling swift partner onboarding, and ensuring seamless integration of partner resources, products, and processes into Ooredooās operations through comprehensive documentation and structured processes. The team supports internal stakeholders such as Product Hub and Professional Services while also proactively scouting partners based on industry trends, telecommunications, ICT, technology advancements, digital transformation initiatives, and cloud services opportunities.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with Ooredooās business objectives and B2B growth strategies
- Conduct in-depth research, data analysis, and financial modelling to assess potential partnerships and support decision-making
- Support the Manager in partnership development by monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the performance of existing partnerships
- Identify new partnership opportunities that contribute to business growth, revenue generation, and enhanced service offerings
- Track market trends within telecommunications, ICT, technology, digital transformation, and cloud services to inform partnership strategy
- Assist in identifying potential partners, evaluating partnership fit, and establishing robust partner relationships
- Support partner onboarding activities and ensure seamless integration of partner resources, products, and processes into Ooredoo operations
- Contribute to comprehensive partnership documentation and ensure adherence to defined processes and governance models
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 5 yearsā experience in a similar role involving partnership management, financial analysis, or business development
- Demonstrate experience within telecommunications, ICT, or technology sectors
- Exhibit proven expertise in developing business cases, conducting financial analysis, and evaluating strategic partnerships
- Maintain a strong understanding of telecommunications services, ICT solutions, digital transformation initiatives, and cloud services
- Hold a Bachelorās Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
