The Data Science and AI Manager at Strategy& will lead the Advanced Data Analytics vertical within the Ideation Center. This client-facing role focuses on delivering innovative AI and analytics solutions, managing cross-functional projects, and supporting business transformation. The position involves leading client engagements, developing machine learning models, conducting NLP and sentiment analysis, creating visualizations, and producing thought leadership to drive sector innovation.

Key responsibilities
- Leverage advanced analytics tools and machine learning models to extract insights from large datasets.
- Develop and deploy AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning models aligned with client goals.
- Apply simulation modeling techniques such as geospatial analytics, network analysis, and agent-based modeling.
- Use NLP tools and sentiment analysis to interpret textual data and market trends.
- Create dynamic dashboards and data visualization tools to present actionable insights.
- Manage client-focused analytics projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients and leadership to implement data-driven strategies.
- Serve as key contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Contribute to business development by identifying client needs and preparing proposals.
- Produce thought leadership content using research and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with other verticals to drive cross-disciplinary innovation and value creation.
Experience & skills
- Masterās or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, and AI.
- 3+ years in a consulting or client-facing leadership role preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and tools like TensorFlow, Power BI, Tableau.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), and data warehousing.
- Proven experience managing analytics projects and delivering measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder presentations.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic competency strongly preferred.
