Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Manager - HR Business Partnering to join our Group HR team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone. The Manager ā HR Business Partnering is responsible for leading and developing a team of HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality, compliant HR services across Transguard HQ. This role ensures alignment with local labour laws and internal policies and contributes to initiatives that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager in delivering compensation and benefits programs, including job evaluations, salary reviews, bonus schemes, and soft benefits.
- Submit the monthly Balanced Scorecard and oversee HRBP team KPIs and goal tracking.
- Support the Senior Manager and Director in leading all HQ-related performance matters, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Coach and support the HRBP team in handling employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Ensure all HR advice and actions are fully compliant with UAE labour laws.
- Ensure the HR Business Partner team consistently delivers high-quality HR services across the business, with ongoing consideration of local labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and oversight to the HRBP team to maintain service excellence and compliance in all HR activities, being the first point of escalation for the HRBP team.
- Partner with Workforce Solutions to review and approve termination requests submitted via the HR Business Partner team, ensuring alignment with UAE labour law and internal policies.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Demonstrate ownership of regularly reviewing, updating, and maintaining HQ HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to reflect current legal requirements and business needs.
- Ensure policies are effectively communicated and enforced across the organisation, reinforcing Transguardās values and contributing to broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify gaps or improvement areas in existing HR frameworks and implement enhancements where necessary.
- Lead and manage the HR Business Partner team to ensure effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations across Transguard HQ.
- Promote consistency and fairness in HR practices while maintaining high service standards across all business units.
- Work alongside Senior Manager and Director to provide constructive ideas to develop and implement new strategies to streamline HQ processes.
- Challenge and provide innovative methods which contribute to measurable improvements in metric results, and which avail actionable people management solutions and strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HRBP team.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or CIPD Level 5.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in an HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and trends including an advanced knowledge of UAE labour laws.
- Experience with HR Information System.
- Previous experience with HRIS tools, and proficiency in MS office suite.
- A very high standard of verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
