Job description
Ounass is looking for a UAE National HR Executive to help drive its Emiratisation agenda while shaping the employee experience across the business. Sitting within the People team, this role attracts, develops and supports Emirati talent, with exposure spanning recruitment, employee experience, engagement and people operations. You'll support end to end recruitment, from job postings and candidate screening through interview coordination and offer administration, keeping the candidate experience positive throughout. Emiratisation programmes need real drive behind them too, identifying talent pipelines, liaising with government bodies and education partners, and tracking national hire targets. Employee relations enquiries land here first, with policy guidance given directly and complex matters escalated where needed, while onboarding and offboarding get managed from documentation through to exit formalities. HR systems and employee records stay accurate and confidential, payroll and benefits administration runs smoothly alongside external providers, and learning and development gets support through training coordination and feedback collection. Policies, procedures and employee engagement initiatives all need implementing and communicating, backed by UAE labour law compliance and regular metrics, dashboards and reports. Spotting ways to improve processes and put technology to better use rounds out the role, done alongside cross functional collaboration on people initiatives across the business.
