Job description
Unit sales, gross margins and CSI targets for Al-Futtaim Automotive's CJDR branch in Sharjah all rest with this Sales Manager. Showroom operations need to run smoothly, with the sales system, prospecting and targets for prospects, trade-ins and F&I products followed closely. Customer complaints are resolved quickly, and CSV objectives support satisfaction and repeat sales. Sales executives are guided, motivated and coached on selling technique and customer care, with training needs passed on to management. Employee engagement scores and the branch's human sigma level are part of your accountability. Cash handling, receivables and the credit control policy keep the branch financially healthy and bad debts low. New vehicle stock, premises and assets are kept secure, available and well maintained. Representing the company in the Emirate means keeping corporate standards and image high at all times. A degree in any discipline, ideally with an MBA, and at least 9 years in consumer durables direct sales, mainly automotive, including 3 years as a manager, are required.
