Job description
The Director - International Sales at Inception, a G42 company, is responsible for leading global sales expansion across major international markets by selling AI-powered, domain-specific and industry-agnostic products built on advanced research and development. Acting as a senior commercial leader, the role owns international sales strategy and execution, driving revenue through both direct enterprise sales and indirect partner-led models. The position focuses on selling complex Data & AI and Business Application SaaS solutions into large multinational enterprises, building and managing a strong global pipeline, and positioning Inception as a global AI leader. Responsibilities include identifying, onboarding, and enabling international partners and system integrators, co-selling to accelerate market penetration, supporting partners in commercializing AI solutions, leading strategic engagements with C-level stakeholders, developing long-term enterprise relationships, conducting market and competitive analysis, executing go-to-market plans for new regions, and representing the company at global conferences and partner forums. The role requires extensive international travel, close collaboration with product, marketing, partnerships, and sales operations teams, and providing regional insights to influence product development and GTM strategies within a fast-paced, culturally diverse, AI-driven environment.

- Own and execute international sales strategy across targeted global markets

- Build, manage, and forecast a strong pipeline of global enterprise sales opportunities
- Identify, onboard, enable, and manage international partners and global system integrators
- Co-sell with partners to accelerate market penetration and expand global footprint
- Support partners in positioning, messaging, and commercializing AI and SaaS solutions
- Lead strategic sales engagements with large multinational and enterprise customers
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Align AI-powered solutions to customer business challenges and objectives
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new international regions
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and regional dynamics
- Represent the organization at international conferences, events, and partner forums
- Travel extensively to build in-region presence and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Collaborate with product, marketing, partnerships, and sales operations teams on global execution
- Provide regional market insights to influence product roadmap and GTM strategies
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of international enterprise sales experience in Data & AI or SaaS solutions
- Proven success selling complex AI or business application SaaS solutions to large multinational enterprises
- Strong experience managing direct sales cycles and partner-driven sales motions
- Demonstrated experience working with global system integrators or channel partners
- Fluency in English and one additional language such as Spanish, German, French, or Italian
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across international markets
