Job description
The Renewals Sales Specialist drives net-new business, presales prospecting, renewals, account management, and the daily activities associated with Enterprise Sales within Adobeās Named Accounts. They focus on driving and influencing revenue for the Account Executives they support, as well as achieving their own incremental targets. They close deals, accelerate pipeline, and manage the sales cycle with the field sales team. Responsibilities include qualification of opportunities, developing market strategy, coordinating sales resources, and negotiating and closing business. The role is responsible for developing and qualifying prospective customers for annual software license service agreements and renewing and growing existing Adobe customers.

Key responsibilities
- Grow sales in the accounts across the assigned territory, whilst developing and maintaining strong customer relationships at all functional levels.
- Help in defining and implementing a strategy to find and develop new accounts within the industry in partnership with the Account Executive.
- Create, update and execute sales activity plans, providing timely and accurate sales forecasts in cooperation with the Account Executive.
- Implement comprehensive account sales strategies, using internal resources and business partners to provide solutions to customer challenges.
- Process customer problems and translate their needs into business opportunities.
- Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions, configuration, environment, and fit within their infrastructure and business processes.
- Build new relationships as well as maintain and deepen relationships within their vertical and accounts.
- Target and penetrate Enterprise Accounts using outbound prospecting skills.
- Work in partnership with the direct sales organisations to identify qualification improvements and ensure only qualified leads are passed.
Experience & skills
- Background in lead renewals sales in an Enterprise Software environment.
- Ability to operate at C-Level within customer organizations (CMO's & CTO's).
- Creative approach with integrity and excellent teamwork skills.
- Experience with new market penetration, outbound prospecting, trade show attendance, and webinar/event follow-up.
- Ability to develop and qualify prospective customers for annual software license service agreements.
- Capability to renew and grow existing Adobe customers.
