Job description
The Senior IT Support Engineer at Lean will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted IT operations across a fast-growing fintech company’s global footprint, with primary operations in Dubai. The role spans hardware/software support, macOS fleet management, cloud service administration, employee lifecycle IT management, and IT infrastructure oversight. The position demands strong technical troubleshooting skills, hands-on networking experience, and a service-driven approach to IT operations in a high-growth, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for global teams, focusing on macOS systems.
- Manage internal office infrastructure, including networking, security, and videoconferencing systems.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees globally.
- Administer MDM tools and Google Workspace services.
- Maintain IT hardware and software inventory.
- Produce and present service quality reports, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Identify and implement IT process improvements.
- Offer IT guidance and consultancy to business units.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and security policies.
- Manage and support JIRA, Jira Service Desk, and other collaboration tools.
- Support and manage Ubiquiti networking equipment.
- Engage in Agile work practices where applicable.
Experience & skills
- 5+ years IT support experience, with 2+ years in a senior role.
- Proven macOS support experience.
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Jumpcloud, JAMF, Addigy).
- Experience administering Google Workspace.
- Networking knowledge, with Ubiquiti experience preferred.
- Experience supporting JIRA/Jira Service Desk.
- Familiarity with Slack, Notion, and Trelica is a plus.
- Experience with data loss prevention tools and external SOCs is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
