Job description
The HR Supervisor at Agility Logistics Parks will oversee daily HR operations, ensure implementation of HR policies, and support strategic HR initiatives aligned with company objectives. This role requires supervising HR team members, managing recruitment and performance management processes, and supporting training, employee engagement, and compliance efforts. The HR Supervisor serves as a liaison between employees and management while contributing to a productive and compliant workplace culture.

Key responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of the HR team, providing guidance and support.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
- Manage recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate performance management processes and support employee development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support training programs and identify skill gaps.
- Monitor and report HR metrics to senior management.
- Foster a positive work environment and mediate employee conflicts.
- Ensure workplace compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with generalist focus.
- Supervisory HR experience preferred.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills related to HR metrics.
