Job description
The Procurement Analyst - MAS 447 at Qiddiya Investment Company (on-site, Qiddiya Master Development, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) supports a groundbreaking initiative designed to revolutionize entertainment, culture, and lifestyle in Saudi Arabia and globally by enhancing procurement processes through data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management. The role analyzes procurement data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in procurement strategies; prepares and maintains comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate procurement performance metrics to stakeholders; supports the procurement team in evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and standards; assists in the preparation of procurement documentation including bid invitations, request for quotations (RFQ), and contracts; collaborates with various departments to understand procurement needs and assists in sourcing solutions that meet operational requirements; monitors market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for sourcing products and services from innovative suppliers; and participates in supplier evaluations and relationship management by facilitating communication between suppliers and internal teams. Requirements include a Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; 1ā3 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or supply chain management; strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with Arabic proficiency as a plus; ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement analytics software; and being detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and effective problem-solving. Experience & skills
