Job description
The Creative Design Manager at Ounass is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and evolving the visual identity of the Middle Eastās leading luxury e-commerce platform. Reporting closely to the Creative Director, the role blends strategic creative direction with hands-on leadership, ensuring brand consistency, design excellence, and future-forward innovation across all customer touchpoints. The position leads a multidisciplinary design team to deliver bold, refined, and commercially impactful creative work that defines modern digital luxury in the region.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Creative Director to define and execute design strategies aligned with Ounassā luxury positioning
- Safeguard and evolve the brandās visual identity across campaigns, digital platforms, and brand assets
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers to deliver world-class creative output
- Oversee workflows, project prioritization, and quality assurance across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Champion storytelling through exceptional design craft and attention to detail
- Integrate emerging design technologies and AI tools to enhance creative efficiency and innovation
- Collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, PR, Content, UX, and Product teams to deliver cohesive experiences
- Ensure visual excellence across the full digital customer journey including site, social, CRM, and activations
- Drive team development through performance management, upskilling initiatives, and creative coaching
- Promote a culture of innovation, inclusivity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7 yearsā experience in design leadership within luxury, fashion, or e-commerce environments
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Hands-on experience with AI and emerging design tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, and Runway
- Strong understanding of brand systems, luxury storytelling, typography, and visual aesthetics
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage complex, high-volume projects
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
