Job description
The Remittance Lead at du Pay will be responsible for defining and owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for remittance solutions. This role involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, UX/UI, marketing, and operations to develop seamless, secure, and high-performing digital remittance products. The candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, while maintaining a sharp focus on profitability, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This includes managing product KPIs, driving user growth, and enhancing value delivery across the remittance portfolio.

Key responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for remittance solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Design user-friendly remittance flows in collaboration with UX/UI teams.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and experience.
- Work with engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver remittance products on time.
- Track product P&L, including revenue, cost, and profitability metrics.
- Develop pricing and exchange rate strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate fraud/security risks.
- Coordinate with compliance on KYC, AML, and other regulatory matters.
- Monitor KPIs such as transaction volume, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and maximize lifetime value.
- Manage marketing campaigns and ensure alignment across communication channels.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery of business goals.
- Present product updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in growth/product management in fintech, payments, or remittance.
- Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, exchange rates, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing product lifecycles and achieving financial targets.
- Experience with performance marketing and campaign execution.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
