The Senior Partner Account Manager (Turkey & Qatar) role at Cloudflare is a senior-level sales and channel leadership position responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of Cloudflare’s partner ecosystem across Turkey and Qatar, while being based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement. Cloudflare operates one of the world’s largest global networks, delivering cloud-based Internet security, performance, and reliability solutions that protect and accelerate Internet applications without requiring hardware, software installation, or code changes. In this role, the Senior Partner Account Manager leads high-value, strategic partner relationships, develops and executes joint business plans, aligns with senior partner stakeholders on mutual growth objectives, and ensures partners are fully enabled to drive partner-sourced revenue. The position spans the full sales lifecycle from opportunity registration through deal closure, influencing partner go-to-market strategies, managing partner incentive programs such as MDF and SPIFF, and coordinating closely with internal sales, solution engineering, marketing, customer success, and operations teams. The role requires deep expertise in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and security solutions, strong regional experience across Turkey and Qatar, fluency in English and Turkish, and the ability to manage complex, global partner relationships while sharing analytics, metrics, and performance insights with executive and technical stakeholders. Travel of approximately 30–50% is required, and the role may involve access to information governed by U.S. export control regulations.

- Drive the strategy and execution for managing high-value strategic partners across Turkey and Qatar
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners aligned to Cloudflare’s revenue and growth objectives
- Manage and optimize key partner relationships globally across the full sales lifecycle from opportunity registration to deal closure
- Collaborate with sales teams on joint territory planning and alignment to maximize partner-sourced revenue
- Influence partner go-to-market strategies and align them with Cloudflare’s business objectives
- Lead partner sales enablement initiatives including advanced sales and technical training and certifications
- Coordinate demand generation and GTM activities with partners and internal teams
- Manage partner programs including MDF, SPIFF, and other incentive mechanisms to drive growth
- Share analytics, metrics, and performance insights with executive and technical stakeholders internally and within partner organizations
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 8+ years of experience in partner management, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, security sales, or channel management
- Show a proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and business growth across Turkey and Qatar
- Possess strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and security solutions
- Have expertise in partner programs including tiered partner structures and incentive management such as MDF and SPIFF
- Be fluent in English and Turkish with professional-level business communication skills
- Exhibit ability to manage complex global partner relationships and influence partner strategies
- Be willing and able to travel up to 30–50% based on business needs
